Payment terms & cancellations Private trips: 1) For cancellation 10 days and more before departure we are offering full refund of the money already paid. For all cancellations by client, an amount of 100 EUR processing (dossier) costs shall be withheld. 2) For cancellation 5 -10 days before departure date, a cancellation fee of 30% of the total fee will be charged. However, client reserves the right to reschedule, only once, the same boat trip on a future date, depending on the availability and after contacting the company. 3) For cancellation made within 5 days before departure date, we offer 0% refund.
